PEP Membership Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

 
What if I don’t understand something in my PEPclass?
As PEPmember, you will get unlimited support directly relating to your PEPclasses from the PEPsupport Centre.

How much support do I get?
If your question is directly related to your PEPclasses (for the current or prior weeks), you will get unlimited support.  If it is just general Excel or Financial Modelling – related queries, you will get one hour per month.

What happens if I go over my allocated hour?
You will be invited to use the PEPmember casual support at a rate of $2.50 plus GST per minute.  Don’t worry, we’ll never charge you without warning and will let you know how long each PEPsupport query takes.  Alternatively you can go on a plan. 

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Of course.  If you are not entirely satisfied with the programme in the first 30 days, simply drop us a line and we’ll refund your money (with a smile – virtually of course!)

When does my card get charged?
AUD$49 will be charged automatically to your credit card on the monthly anniversary of your joining date

What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your membership at any time with no penalties.  You need to give a week's notice prior to the date when your next payment is due.  Email info@plumsolutions.com.au with your username to cancel your PEP membership.

What are your Terms and Conditions?
You must agree to the PEP Membership Programme terms and conditions prior to becoming a PEPmember.  Don't worry, there's nothing scary in there.
